With several betas released, you may think that it is a good opportunity to start doing a Drupal 8 project if your time to market restrictions are wide enough.
When we were still releasing Drupal 8 alphas, we thought that way. And we made some mistakes and some successes in the process.
In this session, we will walk through the dos and dont's *from real experience* and validating (or not) how we adopted the unwritten best practices for Drupal 8 projects in team collaboration.
We will talk about how Drupal 8 affects different aspects of a project during the full lifecycle. This covers project management topics, like communication between frontend and backend devs; technical topics, like to how to do the best use of CMI or doing continuous delivery; or how to deal with bugs that block your progress. We will also cover when and how to contribute back to the community pays it forward!
